These terms cover buying from and using venturecustomrings.com, run by Venture Customs in Gordon, Nebraska. By ordering or using the site, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on each ring’s page. Every ring is made to order by hand, and ships in about 2 to 3 business days after you order. We ship within the United States only, free on every order. If we can’t make or ship an order, we’ll tell you and refund it in full.
Sizing
Titanium and carbon fiber can’t be resized the traditional way, so please check your size before ordering (see the sizing FAQ). If the fit isn’t right, our 30-day size exchange covers it.
Engraving
We engrave exactly what you type at checkout, so please check the spelling. Engraved rings are made just for you; see the size exchange page for how exchanges work for them.
Custom rings
A custom ring is quoted first, then drawn up as a proof. We make it to the proof you approve and pay for, so check the design, width, size and any engraving before you approve.
Reviews and photos you post
When you post a review or photos, you confirm they’re yours to share, and you let us show them on this site and in our marketing. We may decline or remove reviews that are off-topic or abusive.
Our designs and content
The ring designs, photos, videos and text on this site belong to Venture Customs. Please don’t copy them.
Returns, exchanges and replacement
Shop rings can be returned within 30 days for a refund, with return shipping paid by you. Custom and engraved rings can’t be returned for a refund. Every ring has a 30-day size exchange, and every carbon fiber ring comes with one free replacement. Details are on the size exchange and returns page.
Liability
Apart from the above, rings are sold as they are, without a separate warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
