30-day size exchange

Get the fit right, guaranteed. If your ring doesn’t fit, send it back within 30 days for a free size swap.

Titanium can’t be resized the traditional way, so a new ring is made in your size. To get it right the first time, get sized at any jewelry store in a comfort fit, at the same width you’re ordering. Wider bands run snugger. More on the sizing FAQ.

Engraved rings

An engraved ring is made just for you and can’t be sold to anyone else, so the free size exchange works differently. If an engraved ring doesn’t fit, Jason makes you a new one at 50% off, and you keep both.

Returns

Rings from the shop can be returned within 30 days for a refund. You pay to ship the ring back to us. Custom rings and engraved rings are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a refund.

Carbon fiber replacement

Every carbon fiber ring comes with one free replacement. If yours ever needs replacing, send us a note with your order number.
